Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we hear everyday.
How do you protect our data?
We design systems so sensitive data can remain within infrastructure you control, without being sent to third-party providers. Access controls, logging, user permissions, and data boundaries can be built around your existing security policies, giving your team full visibility into how information is stored, accessed, and processed.
Can I integrate my existing systems and data?
Yes. We can connect agents to the tools, documents, and systems your business already uses, and provide the backend infrastructure to manage or add new integrations as your needs evolve.
Can these AI systems be validated to meet regulatory requirements?
Yes. Our AI systems can be validated for use within highly regulated environments. Validation can be completed by your own quality team or with our support.
Can we audit an agent’s activity?
Yes. Agent activity can be logged and reviewed, including inputs, outputs, source references, tool calls, model versions, and workflow steps. This gives your team a clear audit trail for investigations, validation, internal review, and regulatory evidence.
Who owns the AI system and the work built around it?
You do. We can build and deploy systems so your organization retains control over the models, integrations, data and configurations used in your AI system. We also deploy the solution on infrastructure you control and provide the documentation needed for your team to maintain, extend, or migrate the system in the future.
Is the required hardware included?
It can be. We can deploy your AI systems on servers you already own, or provide the hardware required to run them privately on-site. If we supply the hardware, it becomes yours once deployment is complete, giving you full control over the system and the infrastructure it runs on.
